	Ballangen Camping - for families with a zest for life!
Welcome to Ballangen Camping, the family-friendly campsite in Nordland, Norway. Ballangen Camping offers lots of activities for young and old alike! Here you can splash around in the heated outdoor swimming pool, enjoy a reasonably priced meal in our friendly restaurant, play beach volleyball, challenge the kids to a round of mini-golf or hone up your skills at the nearby driving range/golf training centre. For the youngest family members we have a kiddies’ playground, trampolines, football and basketball pitches, a mini excavator and pet rabbits. We also hire out boats, canoes and bicycles.
			The Norwegian Caravan Club selected Ballangen Camping as Norway’s best campsite in 2001!
Ballangen Camping is by the sea but is also ideally situated for visiting the beautiful Norwegian countryside. The campsite is surrounded by fantastic walking terrain, forests and fields. You can go jogging along the new beach promenade or take a stroll into nearby Ballangen. If you are interested in fishing you can go sea-angling in the morning and salmon fishing in the afternoon! The campsite has 50 good standard cabins, capacity for 150 caravans and tents, modern toilet facilities and a laundry with automatic washing machines and tumble-dryers. Ballangen is suitable for handicapped people. Our cafe/restaurant serves good food in pleasant surroundings. The restaurant seats 150 and has a large sun-catching terrace seating 50. We have course and conference facilities, function rooms, and cater for all kinds of parties and get-togethers.
